Highly experienced Spinal Touch Therapist and Reflexologist.

An INWA qualified Nordic Walking Instructor.

After being a healthcare professional for many years, I qualified as a Reflexologist in June 2006, obtaining a level 3 Diploma. I am qualified in Maternity and Fertility Reflexology. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) - this is the only Department of Health backed regulatory body for complementary therapies. Registration with the CNHC is evidence of compliance with national standards of practice in Reflexology and of best practice in complementary healthcare provision. I regularly complete post graduate courses to keep my skills up to date.

A family member had suffered with Sciatica for many years and a consultant recommended surgery to ease the pain. He decided he did not really want surgery because of the risks involved so decided on a course of Spinal Touch Therapy, the therapy was very successful and the pain virtually disappeared. I knew then this therapy was very special so I decided to train and I qualified in June 2007. I am registered with the British & European Spinal Touch Association. I am constantly amazed how this holistic therapy benefits so many people.

I am also a qualified INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation) Nordic Walking Instructor, having trained with British Nordic Walking. I am passionate about Nordic Walking and want to share the health benefits of this activity.
